Miscellaneous Waste Pick Up Request

Please submit this form for Miscellaneous waste only. Miscellaneous waste includes:

• Ethidium Bromide
• Paint
• Aerosol cans
• Broken Glass Box
• Empty Chemical Container
• Batteries (except alkaline)*
• Lamps/Ballast

*To prevent fires, battery terminals must be taped.

Under the "Container" section, you can combine similar wastes of the same size (e.g., 12 aerosol cans) rather than listing each separately as its own container.
